IMMIGRATION SHOULD BE EASY!

WOULD YOU LIKE TO EXPAND OR START YOUR BUSINESS OR WORK IN GERMANY, ITALY AND THE NETHERLANDS?

We can help you find your way among the legal regulations. We will tell you who to contact to obtain the necessary documentation and applications, and can provide you with additional information and tips, for instance on residence permit or family reunification.

What conditions you have to satisfy in order to take up work in Italy depends initially on whether you are a national of a Member State of the European Union (EU), of the European Economic Area (EEA) or of Switzerland, or a citizen of non-EU countries.

We provide services for foreign companies who are interested in expanding and growing, developing new markets and opportunities for their business and building worldwide networks and associations and support them to enter European markets.

DONALE GROUP offers a complete range of immigration services to companies and their employees moving to GERMANY, ITALY, GREECE and the NETHERLANDS and the rest of the European Union. We assist companies in applying for entry Exhibition Visas, Business Visas, Work Permits and Residence Permits.

By delegating out-of-office activities to us, HR divisions can remain focused on their job thus being regularly updated on the relocation status of each delegate.

At DONALE GROUP INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM GROUP, an in-house expert team handles all cases. Our specialists continuously are updated on current Business and Immigration Laws. Our experience acquired over the past 10 years of activity and the respect and appreciation shown to us by Public Officers, make us the leading experts any immigration procedures.

When Employee (and dependants) has obtained the Visa from the Italian Consulate and will have informed us about his/her arrival date, Donale Group will arrange a meeting with the Labour Immigration Office (S.U.I.), where he/she will have to sign the “Job Contract” within 8 days after the arrival.

WORK AND FAMILY PERMITS

Any non EU National intending to work in Italy, either temporarily or permanently, must be provided with a Work Permit (Nulla Osta Lavoro), to be applied by the prospective employer and to be issued by the provincial Labour immigration Office (Sportello Unico per l’Immigrazione – S.U.I.).

Italian Employer, Employee’s Employer abroad and Employee (plus dependents where applicable) have to provide a number of documents and information, being the Employer in Italy the one needing to collect and disclose the majority of them to Authorities. Donale Group will provide separate and detailed listings per each of the three parties concerned.

To effectively conduct a work permit application Donale Group and Italian employer’s HR representatives will need to closely work together.
